Open without restriction from May 31, 2024 at 6pm to June 27, 2024 On June 28, 29 and 30, the Col du Portet road will be closed day and night, due to the SALMO TREK events (except for cyclists and beneficiaries registered with the Mairie (guard on site and contactable at night). all motorized vehicles from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., from Saturday, July 6, 2024 to Sunday, September 1, 2024 (except for beneficiaries registered with the Mairie and holding a pass, and vehicles on descent). A guard will be present at the start of the Route in Espiaube every day from 8.30am to 6pm. Parking on the pass is restricted to authorized areas only: 50 vehicles. Access to the Col du Portet is possible with the Télécabine d’Espiaube (arrival at Tourette) from 06/07 to 01/09.

The Vignec gondola lift
and the Bouleaux chairliftClimb aboard the gondola from the village of Saint-Lary and after a short, easy 1.2 km walk reach the Bouleau chairlift. Admire the scenery from the top, and don’t forget to say hello to the mountain bikers enjoying the Bike Park below you! Viewpoint at 2,213 meters! A moment of contemplation made in the Pyrenees. Espiaube chairliftTo get to the Espiaube cable car, take the Pic Lumière cable car. On arrival, a shuttle bus will take you in 10 minutes to Espiaube, where the gondola is located. Want to get there by car? No problem, just take the Espiaube direction. You’ll reach the parking lot in 20 minutes. Once at the top, you’ll be able to discover the starting points for hikes or simply admire the sumptuous scenery.
